1. Digital Subscriptions (Mihira Magazine)
Access to our digital wisdom is immediate upon payment. Therefore:
- Once a digital subscription is activated and the Mihira Magazine is accessed, the payment is non-refundable.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time through your dashboard, but no pro-rated refunds are provided for the current active period.
2. Physical Publications & Books
For our physical printed materials, our policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of physical damage during transit or printing defects.
- Please share a clear video or photograph of the damaged item upon arrival to our support team to initiate the replacement or refund process.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
3. Event & Consultation Cancellations
If you have registered for a live spiritual event or private consultation:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a partial refund (less administrative and payment gateway fees).
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment used during the transaction.
