Master MRL Rao
Master MRL Rao, known as Master MRL Rao, played a central role in carrying the Mihira mission forward in the spirit of his teacher, Master EK. According to the original Mihira biography, he was born into a family from Bobbili. His father was Dr. M. Pratapa Rao. From an early age, he developed an interest in Sanskrit and traditional knowledge.
A revered spiritual teacher, scholar, and practitioner, Master MRL Rao dedicated his life to spiritual contemplation, Vedic exegesis, the science of astrology, and the profound teachings of the Sevenfold Key.
Early Education and Traditional Learning
Master MRL Rao received his schooling at the then Samasthanam High School in Bobbili. At the age of thirteen, he passed the Oriental Title Examination in Sanskrit.
His early training in Sanskrit and traditional astrology came from his mother, Smt. M. Adilakshmi, his grandfather, Sri Bheemalinga Swamy Garu, and Sri Nistala Seetharama Sastry Garu.
He later studied at St. Xavier College in Ranchi, where he further developed his proficiency in Hindi, Sanskrit, and English. He subsequently joined Government Engineering College, Anantapur, to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering.
